Cognera Health Appoints Advisor Board

Cognera Health Inc., a leader in advancing mental health, wellness, and well-being through cognitive and collaborative intelligence, is proud to announce the appointment of Dr. Patrick K. Faircloth, Ph.D., LPC-S(AL), LPC(MI), NCC, and Dr. Paul F. Hard, Ph.D., LPC-S(AL), NCC to its Board of Directors as Product and Business Development Advisors.

Dr. Patrick Faircloth, Ph.D. has more than 30 years of Clinical Experience and more than 20 years as a Counselor Educator. He has devoted his career to advancing mental health practices. He was retired as an Associate Professor and Associate Chair of a Counseling Department, and currently serves as a Remote Fixed Term Full-time Faculty Member in the Department of Counseling, Educational Leadership & Higher Education at Central Michigan University.

Dr. Paul Hard, Ph.D. contributes over 30 years of Clinical Counseling Experience and more than 25 years as a Counselor Educator. Widely recognized for his leadership in the counseling field, he currently serves as Department Chair for Counseling, Leadership, and Special Education at Auburn University at Montgomery, where he continues to shape the next generation of counselors and educators.

Together, Dr. Faircloth and Dr. Hard brings a combined 60 years of expertise in clinical mental health, education, and leadership. Their insight will be instrumental in guiding Cognera Health's product innovation, business development strategies, and mission to transform mental health care delivery.
